CC Anchor Front Bumper Machining Tool

It is a machining tool that makes it easy and accurate to fabricate a one-axis front bumper.

Due to the large up and down movement of the bumper, the return force upon landing is very large.

The number of parts used is small, which helps reduce weight.

It is manufactured using a jig, so no detailed adjustment is required and driving is consistent.

Designed to be more rigid or easy to add systems.

Check the safety items in the manual carefully.

Please be careful of injuries when processing.

Preparation - Prepare plates for machining.

Each plate is equipped with a jig and processed according to its shape.

Arrange the cutting surface.

Part B to D of 2 as shown in the picture below.

Assemble with screws and locknuts.

(Please make sure that the screws on the area marked with arrows do not protrude.)

Attach the parts manufactured in 3 to the A part.

(Fit the 7mm spacer to the area marked with the arrow.)

The bumper processing is complete.

(Circle the area marked with arrows to prevent injury to your hands.)

Mount to chassis.

Process the chassis using the CC13 Unit process tool.

The side fits perfectly to prevent the bumper from playing.

This is the end of the bumper production using a jig.

7 describes how to install and upgrade the chassis.

If you install the full cowl plate in the same way as in the picture,

Increases the stiffness of the bumper.

If you make the compensation plate smaller than the part A,

Bumper durability increases.

On the left arrow, click Hanging.
